To get started in therapy, I invite you to schedule a 15-minute consultation call to talk about what you’re going through, what you’re hoping for, and whether I’m the right fit to support you.
If you prefer to skip the phone call, you may submit a contact form, and I’ll reach out to you via email.

I take a relational, collaborative, down-to-earth approach to therapy. I will move at your pace to ensure you feel safe and supported while we identify your patterns, explore your lived experiences, and recognize your nervous system responses that have shaped you. From there, we will work together to define what healing means to you.
My goal is to create an environment where you know you can be yourself without judgment, so I show up honestly and authentically, like a real human, in the therapy room. To read more about me and my therapeutic approach, I invite you to read more here.

I provide therapy in-office in Phoenix and virtually across Arizona.
My office provides a private and comfortable space for you to receive support face-to-face. Attending therapy in-person allows the physical environment to become part of the experience — a consistent place where you can settle in, exhale, and focus entirely on yourself.
Alternatively, virtual therapy is available through my secure video platform. For most people, virtual therapy is as effective as in-person therapy and allows you to receive support in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Don’t let the hassle of a commute hold you back from reaching out!

I do not accept insurance for a number of reasons and am considered an out-of-network provider. I’ve found that insurance companies often put limitations on the number of sessions they will cover, require a diagnosis before they will cover sessions, and even invade clients’ privacy by requesting therapy notes, diagnosis, and client information. The benefits of private pay therapy are privacy and confidentiality, no unexpected costs, and the freedom to determine the appropriate session frequency without insurance dictating the process.
As an out-of-network provider, I am able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. I encourage clients to look into this option because many people are able to get reimbursed for some or all of their therapy expenses using their out-of-network benefits. If you have questions about potential reimbursement for out-of-network benefits, please reach out!
